Please Note:
- Oceanfront resort - all rooms have ceiling fans.
- Three night minimum reservation required for Memorial Day weekend at high season weekend rate (if available).
- Seven night reservation required for July 4th week.
- Four night reservation required for Labor Day weekend (if available).
- Check In Time is after 2:30 PM. In the event of a late (after 8:00 PM) arrival, the office must receive advance notification.
- Check Out Time is before 11:00 AM.
- All reservations are subject to confirmation and are considered a commitment for the full reservation period. This is binding on both guest and management. A deposit of 50% of the full amount is required by check with all reservations. Your balance is payable upon arrival. Deposits are not refundable as they are security against vacancies caused by cancellations or date changes.
- No pets allowed.
- No smoking permitted in rooms.
- Bicycle racks provided for your convenience. No bicycles permitted in rooms or on deck.
- Visitors must be registered at the front desk.
